Be As Strong As Personally Possible

We all have one body. Weather we like it or not. Some may have an easier time because of genetics or background.

We all understand this, but why is it so hard to accept and enjoy what our bodies are and can do? I am not in perfect shape, however I have worked to be as strong and fit as personally possible. My dedication to the gym and eating healthy isn’t always on point, but I have learned how to do it right, and when I get lazy it is easier for me to get back to the right way then if I have never done it before.
